This is a dish I had at a restaurant that I visited regularly a couple of years ago when studying in another city. Their only veggie choice but oh so good. This is my version (and I actually think mine is even better)of pasta with cheese sauce and roasted veggies.

  1. oh, how perfect. how long do you leave it in the oven? around 1 hour at 200°C (or at a lower temp)?

  3. Kristina: 200'C for about 30 min then I turn on the grill effect for about 10 minutes. I like the edges a bit burned.

    Linny: I use whatever semi-hard to hard cheese I've got at home (Edam, Cheddar...) together with at least a handful of parmesan.
