The porch is almost done. My husband built the wooden mobile last summer. We finally got it up. I looks like a giant dough hook slowly spinning in the air.

 

We have a wonderful porch facing the back garden. This year we have used it for storage. A waste. Now the kids and I are working on reclaiming the porch. Cleaning and sewing. The sewing is hilarious because I really can't sew. Anyway, these are the colors I've chosen. Everyone is hesitant about the pink except me. I think it will look great.

New table cloth. I havn't bought many cloths in my life. But I am really happy with this one.

A reminder. This years summer pot for the front porch. Japanese Spirea, mini Carnations and Hosta. The scent of the Carnations - heaven.

The tomatoes need new pots. The cat doesn't care for the cat grass i planted. She keeps eating my house plants. And I nearly froze to death putting those Easter feathers up in the garden. Will there be spring?

Hydrangea/Hortensia 'Annabelle'. I bought it earlier this summer and have planted it in a large willow basket. A red annual grass, a small Acer Japonica, and Bamboo 'Bimbo' in terracotta pots next to 'Annabelle'.
