Zucchini Fritters from my favourite cookbook, Sultan's Kitchen by Özcan Ozan.
They are so easy to make and oh so delicious. Grated zucchini mixed with feta cheese, dill and parsley. Also grilled eggplant and red peppers with two sauces, garlic/yoghurt and tomato.

  1. This is the best, and eggplant is my favorite vegetable... well that and oyster mushrooms. Oh this looks so good. I will have to try the fritters sometime :^)
